It has excellent location for visiting Broadway Road.
Their breakfast is poor, can be way much better.

The hotel really offers great spots to relax, including the Living Room Bar and a rooftop lounge. My only gripe was the bathroom layout, but it didn't take away from the fun atmosphere 🌟

Generally, the place was stylish and had very informative and well experienced staff at the reception desk. It was easy to get hearing accessible room with Bedrooms, an amazing view plus good shower and that's great.

Cocktails and celeb spotting was fantastic! Bar crowd was fun. Concierge was really helpful and restaurant suggestions very great. Free bubbles and choc strawberries for my birthday!!
Expensive wifi in room. Lack of storage space / hanging space for luggage.

Location is fantastic: right on the corner of Time Square, which is amazing for shows, shopping, etc. Reasonably sized rooms (I booked a "spectacular" room on the 33th floor. View was ok but far from spectacular. Reception staff was very well trained and helpful. I noticed two errors on the bill reflecting some double counting of internet and film charges, but the person on duty dealt with it professionally and without any discussion. I also appreciated that you can print your boarding pass for free from the business centre - considering that everything else has to be paid extra. Very good breakfast choice and quality (I didn't take other meals there).
You need to pay for everything : no free wifi access, no coffee machine in rooms, no free bottle of water, not even a chocolate on the pillow! Given the room price, a little gesture would have been appreciated. This makes this hotel more expensive in the end that other hotels of this category. In-room breakfast comes with a 20% service charge and $5 tip already included, with a note saying that 100% of the service goes to "our talent". I naively thought that the $5 compulsory tip would be enough (for a $25 breakfast), until I was given a nasty look by one representative of the "talent" on the first day. So I added another $5 tip on the following days, which, combined with the other charges, ended up adding 60% to the cost of my breakfast.

The location
1. My wife and I arrived at the hotel and the room was not ready for more than 3 hours 2. There was bad odor in the hallway and in the room. 3. I have ordered my CAR and the operator told me at it well be arriving in 15 min and when we went down the car was not there.

The wonderful king room had a city view that was just amazing. The location is unbeatable for tourists-right in the heart of all the excitement! Eric, the manager, were pretty good, upgrading us to a better room. Definitely a highlight! And a starbucks right outside was a nice touch.

it was smart, stylish, modern and relaxed. Our room/suite on the 47th floor had amazing views. The children loved the glamour. The staff were polite, responsive and always helpful. The reception let us check out 1.5 hrs later than usual. One of the cleaning staff proudly showed me around a Wow suit telling me "this is my favourite because this is my floor" - bless. Really couldn't fault anything, and the Blue Fin restaurant does a great breakfast as well as great sushi.

Great staff, brilliant location.
Well I guess everything on NYC is expensive however I was a little jealous of my friends staying at the 'R' (Renaissance hotel) a few steps closer to times square and the bar was about the best in NY! Although our room was better than their. Much more chic design.

My daughter and granddaughter joined me for a show. Their traffic troubles meant they missed the first act. They parked valet, dropped off their bags, and made it for the second act. Dinner at Olive Garden was easy since it was across the street. Coming back, the vibe in the hotel was like New York. Rest on the 40th floor offered peace while overlooking the hustle outside.
The room had some cleanliness and maintenance issues.

The design of the reception area was good along with the use of colours. Also the technology levels provided in the rooms was good.
I did not like the fact that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Although we received use of a coffe maker, no further supplies of tea and coffee were provided other than on the first day ( we stayed 5 nights) despite numerous requests.
